I'm back at it. Slinging crack to crack addicts. As we close out the month of January I'm about to intensify the push of the "Consequence" brand. We've got a bunch of DOPE shit hitting the scene in the next couple of weeks. Namely the "Feel This Way" video starring myself, John Legend,Paula Campbell & Wynter Gordon. Over the course of the fall I've developed a very special friendship with a woman named "Jen The Pen". She is the on-air gossip commentator for DJ Whoo Kid's "G-Unit Radio". She was very instrumental in helping myself & Three21 Films put together the video. As a token of my appreciation I decided I would take her to one of my favorite restaurants. It's called "India On The Hudson". When Kanye lived in Hoboken Mrs. West (RIP) had put us on to it. We've been eating there since 03'. Anyways, I took Jen there and got treated to an actual "Blonde Moment"( I had always heard rumors blondes' do some off the wall shit but man this shit was too funny. Check jenthepenbitches.blogspot.com as of next week I will be doing a section called "Blonde Of The Week". When you see it, it'll make sense). The whole time on the way there I kept telling her about an appetizer called "Naan Bread". For some reason this woman thought I was saying "Non Bread" as to insinuate that it wasn't actually bread. You know I was looking at her like she was CRAZY!!! Check out this footage and watch how the waiter breaks down the origin of "Naan Bread".

What's good inda Hood? The Hood's Favorite is BACK!!! This past weekend I had the honor of performing at Studio B. with Chuck D. & Rakim. The show was put on by Ralph McDaniels and will air on "The Bridge" & "Video Music Box". I'd like to thank "Uncle Ralph" for being a supporter & champion of my project. He debuted "The Good,The Bad,The Ugly" video over the weekend as well as all the ones which were previously released. I was the 3rd act to go on and people were really into it. When I got off Chuck D. told me personally how much he enjoyed my set. After I went on he came out and did "Shut'Em Down". It was a GREAT night!!!

Now that's what the fuck I'm talking about!!!

     Finally the World gets to see one of my all-time favorites. The video for "The Good , The Bad, The Ugly". This record is very special to me. Back in 04' DJ Enuff was dropping this everyday for 3 months straight during New York's Hot 97 "Rush Hour". This is the first record many people heard Me & Kanye on . This song is the"epitome" (Lol Rik) of G.O.O.D. Music (Also check out "Getting Out The Game" featuring Kanye & John Legend). So 4 years later I'm reading all these blogs with people saying this is there favorite and it's still the bar standard for Hip-Hop. If you go to digitalcontentproducer.com and type-in kanye west & consequence within the "Search" you can read an in-depth article regarding the process of re-editing the video. Many of you know this is not the original concept for the video. We had to alternate a few things because I wasn't in love with it all. But now it's FIRE!!! Shout to my girl Susan Linss who bore the process with patience & understanding. I also want to shout out Martin Linss,Tony Kaye and Peter @ Imaginary Forces for there due diligence. We recently posted the footage of Cons (that's Me) Vs. Jay-Z playing a grueling match of Connect Four. I read on another blog where someone asked was Connect Four "Hood". 

Yes & No!!!

Yes, because when I was a shorty I would play this and several other games which taught that in life I should think out my every move . No, because I was in the United Kingdom around a whole bunch of successful people and this is one of the "brain games" we enjoyed playing. Connect Four is as strategical as checkers or chess, maybe even more so. When Jay & I started playing,Kanye told him I have one of best strategy's out. I told Jay the game is like, "Being chased by the police. Just think way back before the millions when you were in the PJ's"Lol . Jay was great competition as I was growing tired of destroying everyone on tour. And I must admit we only played this one game and he won. Shout out to Jay , John Minelli and Tracey Wapples for flying out to join us on The GLOW Tour.

    Welcome to my blog. This is the first time I'm actually typing in a blog. I figured it was time to holla at the people and let y'all know what it really do.  Check it, I got 4 Barbers in Queens that really rock wit. There's my man Rob from Looking Good, Cecil from NuTribe and Mark & Mouse from HeadQuarters. Yesterday I went to check Mouse for a cut and he laced me. As you can see from the pictures that I posted he drew the face of "Consey" on the right side of my head and wrote "It's Da Cons Fool Word" on the left side of my head. I forgot to tell him it's "the" NOT "da" but we'll fix that next time.
